My costume last year was Snow White (we have kids from local schools come through and Trick-or-Treat)…this year I may be Dorothy (Wizard of Oz) or Belle (BEFORE the glamour makeover, Beauty and the Beast).

I want to be a ?Cash Cow? for Halloween. Dressing up as a cow and Velcro pasting Monopoly money to my outfit.
My favorite Halloween candy is chocolate?although I don?t discriminate, I celebrate chocolate year round.
My first idea was Mary and her little lamb as well, my second idea was Miss Muffet and dress Winston up as a Spider, but then I read down and sure enough, that was taken too?soooo?perhaps the Princess and the Frog.

+1 My favorite Halloween candies are those mini Lifesavers 3 packs. Something about the Cherry, Orange, and Lemon flavors that take me back to when I was a young lad.

This may sound rather strange, but I would LOVE to have a cloudy, overcast Halloween. It just makes the whole Halloween experience so much more spooky and unnerving. I especially love watching a horror of suspense flick late, late at night, when only Lord knows what is walking around out there. Mwuahahahaha!
Here’s one of the best opening lines in all of literature from a story that goes well with the holiday:
“DURING the whole of a dull, dark, and soundless day in the autumn of the year, when the clouds hung oppressively low in the heavens, I had been passing alone, on horseback, through a singularly dreary tract of country; and at length found myself, as the shades of the evening drew on, within view of the melancholy House of Usher.”
I know you’ve read the above story before.
As for my favorite Halloween candy, do Snickers count? I love those year round, you know. I also like Butterfinger, Tootsie Roll, Kit Kat, Candy Corn…OMG, I’m gaining weight! But yet sooo yummy. I’ll take the weight gain:0)
As for you and my buddy Winston, I think you guys should go as Frodo and Sam or Rocky & Bullwinkle. LOL!
Yay! I absolutely adore autumn and Halloween is one of the best parts! Me and my friends go around singing random songs while trick or treating…I have no clue why…O_o
I’m going to dress up as a cowgirl…he-he I know…it’s not quite as original as I would’ve liked.
My favorite Halloween candies are Mike and Ikes, Candy Corn, oh my, and definitely CHOCOLATE! Mmmm…yum.
I’ve recently been WICKED (by Gregory Maguire) obsessed so the first thing that I thought up for Katie/Winston would be Dorothy and Toto.

1) For Halloween, I would like to be a witch. But I’m a witch almost every year, so I feel compelled to branch out.

I hope you realize that the first time I visited this post I misread the first +1 question. So here goes again.
What I’d like to be for Halloween is a 70’s hippie, with the multi-color out fit and big hair (secretly, I’d like to be Spiderman. All boys want to be Spidey). Hope this answer makes more sense.
I still would like a cloudy, overcast Halloween, and I included the quote from The Fall of the House of Usher because it’s so “halloweeny” and autumn-like.

My favorite type of Halloween candy is candy corn as well. It’s filled with so much sugar and can get me hyper within minutes.
This Halloween I’m thinking of dressing up 50s style. I’ve always thought poodle skirts were adorable.
I think coordinated pirate outfits would look cute. My friend did that last year, and she managed to actually keep the eyepatch on her dog!
